Now, Eid Al Adha 2020 barely a week away, sinking your teeth into some insanely delicious Eid dishes should be at the top of your agenda! We thought of sharing one of the most delicious, easy and quick beef stew recipe which contain ingredients you can either find easily or keep on hand. For best results; if you have good enough time try to cook on slow flame.
Prepare Beef Stew
Beef/Mutton: 1kg
Coriander: 2 tbsp
Cumin: 2 tbsp
Salt: 2 tsp
Chili whole round: 12pcs
Black Cardamom: 03pcs
Whole black pepper: 8pcs
Soya sauce, vinegar and chili sauce: Each 1nhlf tbsp
Transfer washed mutton/beef to a heavy bottom pot with all the spices and 1half glass of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat turns soft. Then add oil
Vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce cook on high flame until the meat becomes dry. Garnish with round shaped cut onion, tomato and green chilies.
Served with mint raita and Roghni naan.
